The current strength programs are listed on the site above as tabs (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3). If you are starting a strength program for the first time you should start on Phase 1. After you have completed the entire 5 week cycle for Phase 1 and had an assessment from one of our coaches you will have the option to move to Phase 3. If you have been doing the current strength Weeks 7 and 8 are posted under Phase 3. Strength does not happen overnight you must start somewhere. Get the squatting done and you will see progress.

Week 5: 1/13/14
Better late than never! The Open is coming up so you need to start getting your engine back in gear and work on your skills. You know what your weaknesses are!! Take the time to practice. If you have questions or need help ask. Don't let it sneak up on you. Stop bitching and get work done!
